"Skyler's personal touch, passion for perfection, and attention to really understanding what we as a couple wanted sets him above the rest. From day one, Skyler took the time to get to know Chris and I, learn about our relationship and our wants/intentions for our wedding video. Everything leading up to the big day ran smoothly and effortlessly. On the day, he captured every moment perfectly without crowding our space - he had a gentle, helpful voice to help direct us, or he managed to sit back and capture really special moments without being seen. For me, this is so important! I never felt like I had a camera in my face or that the camera was taking over my day. Instead, Skyler was professionally there, on the sidelines, capturing everything without disrupting anything. Something super important for me was to capture the day's raw emotions, and Skyler did this insanely well. From small moments Chris and I shared to guests laughing at speeches to dance moves from grandparent's dance moves I had missed. We got married on my grandparent's farm, so we decided to do a package that included drone work with Skyler. I told Skyler in one of our first talks the farm was special to me because I grew up running in those fields. Skyler uniquely and magically captured my childhood memories and my wedding day in our video. The end video product wrapped up all the emotions, beauty, love, and fun we had that day. I still can't stop watching it! After the video was ready, Skyler shared it with us and then scheduled a separate call for us to review it together and offer any feedback we had. He was humble and didn't take our request personally, but instead was super eager to make any adjustments/additions because he knew it would only increase our love for the final product. Very few professionals have this open feedback and editing opportunity, and it is just one of the many things that set Skyler apart.
I highly recommend you explore working with Skyler - you won't be disappointed." - Lillee & Chris
